I found this notebook to be really creative and visually pleasing. I can't quite put into words on why this works so well for me in relation to what the notebook is for. For some reason it makes me think of a circuit board or something along those lines, which would probably be the closest way I can explain it. All the subjects listed have a calculated element to them and are complex. There is a lot of variety and movement. The cool colors helps neutralize the busy-ness so it won't feel too chaotic. I think if a brighter color was used it was give off a completely different vibe and wouldn't be nearly as successful. I also appreciate how similar shapes are applied in the table of contents as well.
