This is a very clean ad that is some what simple, but has a lot of emphasis. The bottle stands out because its in contrast with the white background.
I like the little designs in the corners creating a bit of a frame. The designs in the corners also kind of makes you focus on the beer more, almost as though its pointing or pushing your eyes to it. The shadow helps create dimension or depth and helps prevent the image to look more flat or isolate the bottle too much. It creates a more stable type of balance when paired with the type.
The only complaint I may have that the font is really small. This works perfectly for a magazine ad, but not in all mediums.
